GRIEF AND LOSS COUNSELING
Losing a loved one is never easy, our staff is equipped with providing grief therapy and support for those who have lost someone and the loss is affecting their ability to function. Please don’t suffer in silence, reach out for support today.
COGNITIVE-BEHAVIORAL THERAPY
entails assisting our client in making powerful connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This approach also allows us to dissect automatic thoughts that interfere with how we feel.
VICTIMS OF CRIME SUPPORT
Our center provides a safe space for healing by providing support through individual therapy and group work to address symptoms related to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety and Depression which can all manifest after witnessing or being a victim of a violent crime. We hold a weekly domestic violence group for survivors of domestic violence.
GROUP SUPPORT.
Within our support group sessions we will discuss coping skills and provide each other with validation and support that we are seeking.
Women of Color Depression Group.
This group is for woman of color who are working through depression. Within this group my aim is to provide support and and psycho-education to women experiencing depression. Within this group we will discuss the stigma associated with mental health and ethnic minorities. Within this group we will discuss coping skills and provide each other with validation and support.

This is a support group for community members who are working through anxiety. Thank j this group we provide psycho education and support. We discuss daily functioning and tools that will assist with coping with anxiety.

Domestic Violence Group
This support group is for women who are currently in domestic situations and feels as though they need support and a sisterhood. This group is a space for survivors to process trauma and work to identify boundaries and tools to move forward in healthy relationships.

Men of Color Depression Group.
This is a group for adult men of color who are battling depression. The aim of this group is to provide a safe space for me to discuss mental health and be open to finding new ways of coping. Some may want to use this group for validation and support, others may want to use this group to connect with other men of color who have experienced some of the same symptoms.

PTSD: Picking Up The Pieces
In this group we will provide support and discuss recovery after a traumatic event or violent crime. We will discuss after affects and barriers to functioning and returning to everyday life.

Drug & Alcohol Recovery Group
This Group is for individuals who are currently in sobriety. In this group we will discuss effective coping skills and process trauma surrounding usage. This is also a space to provide and receive support from others.
